I am introducing a series of blog posts dedicated to the tasks I am undertaking to lose weight, get stronger and eat healthy. All the posts will be located here on my site under the category “My Wild Life.” Mainly these posts will consist of my workouts and meals. Since I do a lot of working out and eating 🙂 I will be posting only as my schedule permits.

I have decided to create these series of posts for a few reasons; to illustrate that I can walk the talk, to lead by example, and to show with no uncertainty that someone who was obese, unhappy and unhealthy can turn it around with simple lifestyle and diet changes that my Health Coaching services will support you with.

IMPORTANT: I am in no way advocating that ANYONE try these workouts themselves. Many of the high intensity and weightlifting workouts that I do, well, involve heavy weights and are high intensity! I am not an instructor nor a certified trainer and I do not recommend you attempt to learn these exercises on your own. I am posting the workouts for the reasons outlined above alone, not to teach you how to do the exercises or suggest that you do. If you are interested in learning more about this style of exercise, please contact your local CrossFit affiliate for details.
