I really dig smoothies for breakfast, especially when I do not have a lot of time or I do not feel like cooking. I experiment with ingredients often, and one morning I came up with the following and I LOVE IT! This one is chock full of vitamins and minerals, good fats, natural sugars and chocolatey protein! Not to mention it tastes SO SO GOOOOOOOOOD!

  1. Put it all in a blender and blend until smooth. You may have to scrape down the sides to make sure all ingredients are incorporated.
