I want to take a moment and say thank you to all the women who subscribed to Live Wild To Lose Weight; 4 Steps to  Freedom From ALL that Weighs You Down. I want to use this post as a place for those women who participated to comment here and let me know how you are doing with the 4 Steps! I want to hear all about your challenges, your goals, and your progress!

I am really encouraged and humbled by all the ladies out there who showed how much they want to make positive changes in their lives by taking part in this email series. Losing weight does not have to be something to dread. It can be enormously uplifting once you realize that the challenges you are facing can lead to lasting lifestyle changes to help you live the life you always wanted. Losing weight is a byproduct of healing and once you start healing, there is no doubt your life will be so much richer and more enjoyable. Congrats to all of you for taking the challenge!
