The Bedtime Betties is a book club I created on Facebook for women only! We will be reading a new book each month, and most of the books I choose will revolve around self-care and self-improvement for women by women. Women’s voices will one day change the world! (And let’s face it – the world needs to change!!!) We need to take exquisite care of ourselves, to be kind to ourselves, and grow stronger! We need to get our voices out there for everyone to hear!
In this club, you will cultivate the new habit of reading every night before bed; creating a new, calming evening ritual.This ritual will help set the stage for a proper night’s sleep – something so many of us do not get often enough! The goal is regular, restful 7-8 hours of sleep. I want you to start waking up in the morning with the energy to conquer the world! We need your voice!
